This Calico Critters Tree House is absolutely adorable by Sanna.
At first I was hesitant to pay the high price for this Calico Critters Tree House as we already have a regular dollhouse. I am very pleased though that I did purchase this for my 4 year old girl albeit at a lower price. I loved the look of it and it has a lot of nooks and crannies to play with more so than a regular dollhouse. The treehouse came with a little red boat, 2 mango monkeys, railings, a few little accessories and some stickers. It is made of a higher quality plastic and rather sturdy.

There is enough room on each floor to place an entire room of calico critter furniture (sold separately) eg one bedroom set or one bathroom set etc. plus some critters. There is also plenty of room outside of the treehouse on the pagoda, hot tub, patio and walkways to hold lots and lots of critters. We have only had it for less than a week now but my little girl plays with it constantly and tells me repeatedly how much she loves it. The treehouse is adorable and as the other reviewer wrote, it is just so quiant.

It took a long time to remember what these toys were called (they used to go by a different name), but if it is any consolation to parents out there who are struggling with the price or whether to buy this item or others, let me just say it is worth it!! The reason it took so long to remember the name? Well, we had “Calico Critters” (known as Sylvanian Families at the time) as children (25 years ago) and I still remember playing with them to this day. The entire collection is worth the buy, and your kids will remember it when they get older Calico Critters Tree House are fun. They are imagination boosters. They are durable.
